- Abstract
- 주택연금은 제도 출범 후 수도권 가입자 편중이 지속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주택금융공사의 “2022년 주택연금 수요실태조사” 데이터를 비례오즈로짓모형에 적용하여 수도권과 지방 광역시 및 비수도권 지역별 주택연금 잠재수요자의 가입의향 요인을 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 지역에 관계없이 ‘주택연금 가입 시 자녀와의 관계영향’이 주택연금 가입에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 다음으로, 가입의향에 영향을 미치는 요인이 지역별로 일부 다르며 공통요인 중에도 우선순위 및 영향정도가 다르게 나타났다. 특히 지방 광역시와 비수도권 지역은 주택연금 제도개선 정도에 대한 가입의향이 수도권에 비해 높은 반면, 주택연금의 노후소득 매력도에 의한 가입의향은 상대적으로 낮았다. 분석 결과를 통해 지방 광역시 및 비수도권 지역의 주택연금 가입률 제고를 위한 맞춤형 제도개선 노력이 필요하다.
