- Abstract
- 이 논문은 1990년대 중반을 기점으로 본격화되었던 대리인이론과 거래비용이론 등 시카고학파 경제학에 기반을 둔 경영이론에 대한 비판을 살펴보고 이들 이론에 대한 대표적인 대안이었던 청지기이론의 특징과 현실적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 이 연구는 특히 경영자나 직원이 조직의 목표 달성을 중시하는 청지기로서의 정체성을 발휘할 심리적 특성 및 조직적 특성을 상세하게 확인함으로써 조합원들의 내재적 동기나 주체적 참여를 중시하는 협동조합 경영에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
