- Abstract
- 본 연구는 교류분석이론에 기반한 재양육 프로그램이 초등학생의 자아상태와 인생태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 경상남도 소재 초등학생 중 참여 의사를 밝힌 14명의 학생을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 이들 중 7명은 실험집단에 배치하고 나머지 7명은 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 교류분석 재양육 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 자아상태가 유의미하게 차이를 보였다. 특히, A자아의 실험집단 사전․사후 변화량이 통제집단의 변화량보다 크게 나타나 A자아의 활성화에 유용한 프로그램인 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 실험집단의 인생태도는 U+(타인긍정), I+(자기긍정) 점수가 증가하였고, U-(타인부정), I-(자기부정) 점수는 감소하여 인생태도 변화에 긍정적으로 작용함을 확인하였다. 결과를 바탕으로 교류분석 재양육 프로그램이 초등학생의 자아상태와 인생태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 논의 및 제한점 등이 제시되었다.
