| dc.description.abstract | 목적 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사가 인식한 성장 마인드셋과 학습몰입 관계에서 자기주도 학습능력의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상남도 소재 G국립대학교 아동 및 유아교육 전공 대학생 192명을 대상으로 성장 마인드셋을 독립변인, 자기주도 학습능력을 매개변인, 학습몰입을 종속변인으로 선정하여 설문 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 spss 프로그램을 이용하여신뢰도 검증, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 적용하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 예비유아교사가 인식한 성장 마인드셋과 자기주도 학습능력은 학습몰입에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 성장 마인드셋과인지적 및 정의적 몰입의 학습몰입 관계에서 자기주도 학습능력은 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 예비유아교사가 학습에 대한 몰입 수준을 높일 수 있도록 자신이 성장할 수 있다는 신념의 성장 마인드셋과 자기주도 학습능력이라는 핵심역량을 함양할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 필요가 있다. | - |
