- Abstract
- 콘택트렌즈형 양막은 다양한 안구 표면 질환 관리에 유용한 도구가 될 가능성이 높은 치료법이며,특히 안구건조증, 각막궤양 및 각막화상을 포함한 질환들의 치료에 사용될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 콘택트렌즈형 양막은 염증을 줄이고, 각막상피의 재생 및 상처 치유를 촉진시키고 각막의 선명도를 유지하여 시력을 개선하는 데 도움을 준다. 하지만, 이러한 콘택트렌즈형 양막의 안정성과 효능을 결정하고 임상용으로 설계 및 제조 공정을 최적화하려면 추가 연구가 필요할 것이다.
