- Abstract
- 본 연구는 정서적 학대 경험과 직장인의 관계적 공격성의 관계에서 적대적 자동적 사고의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 직장 내 따돌림 문제가 발생하는 과정을 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국의 만 19세 이상 직장인 330명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 구조방정식 모형 검증을 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과, 적대적 자동적 사고는 정서적 학대 경험과 관계적 공격성의 관계를 부분 매개하였다. 이는 정서적 학대 경험이 많을수록 적대적 자동적 사고와 관계적 공격성을 보이는 경향이 높아지며, 적대적 자동적 사고를 많이 할수록 관계적 공격성을 더욱 많이 보일 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 중요성, 상담에서의 인지적 개입 방안, 후속 연구에 대한 제안 등이 논의되었다.
