- Abstract
- 본 연구는 휴먼서비스 전공 학생의 공감, 수용, 비판적 사고가 문화적 역량에 미치는 다중 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 휴먼서비스 전공 중인 20대 대학생 322명을 대상으로 조사하였고, 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 공감 수준이 높을수록 수용 및 비판적 사고가 증가하였다. 둘째, 공감은 비판적 사고를 매개로 문화적 역량을 증가시켰다. 셋째, 공감은 수용과 비판적 사고를 매개로 문화적 역량을 증가시켰다. 즉 공감 수준은 문화적 역량에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않았으나, 공감은 수용과 비판적 사고를 연속 매개하여 문화적 역량을 증가시켰다. 연구결과를 토대로 공감, 수용, 비판적 사고의 순차적 교육과정 설계의 중요성을 강조하고 공감, 수용, 비판적 사고 능력 제고를 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.
