- Abstract
- 국내 건설현장의 휴업일수가 기관 변화와 기후 변화로 인해 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 적절한 공사 기간 확보의 중요성이 강조된다. 이를 위해 국내 조경공사의 실제 조경일수와 적정 조경일수를 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 조경공사의 실제 조경일수와 적정 조경일수를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 300가구 이상의 포장마감공사를 제외한 모든 공사의 적정 공사기간은 실제 작업일수와 같거나 많았다. 이는 현재의 조경공사 기간이 충분하지 않음을 의미하며, 작업유형에 영향을 미치는 요소를 도출하여 적정 공사기간을 산정할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.
