- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 경제스트레스와 사행성 게임행동 간의 관계에서 취업스트레스와 인지유연성의 연속다중매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전문대학을 포함한 대학생 1학년부터 4학년을 대상으로 조사하여 총 686명의 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS PROCESS Macro 분석을 이용하여 연속다중매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경제스트레스는 사행성 게임행동에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않으나, 취업스트레스를 매개로 사행성 게임행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 경제스트레스는 취업스트레스와 인지유연성을 연속 매개하여 사행성 게임행동에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 대학생의 정신건강 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 그러나 이 연구는 횡단연구로서의 한계가 있으며, 향후에는 대학생의 정신건강에 대한 종단연구가 필요하다.
