- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 관련 선행연구를 검토하고 대학병원에 RFID를 도입하기 위한 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 대학병원의 RFID 도입 전략은 시스템 운영 효율성, 의료 서비스 품질, 환자 만족도 극대화에 모든역량을 쏟아야 한다. 또한 대학병원에서 RFID 시스템을 도입할 경우 경영진, 의료진, 직원 간에 기술적요인, 조직적 요인, 환경적 요인, 경제적 요인, 인적요인에 대한 정보를 공유할 수 있는 조직문화가 요구될 것이다. 환자 중심의 조직문화는 대학병원의 모든 면에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 RFID 시스템의성공에 기여할 것이다.
