Abstract
This study was conducted to greatly improve the weight reduction of water jets mounted on small boats. This is a research on the lightening of waterjet finally manufactured with an integrated design of parts using a metal additive manufacturing process that can manufacture shapes such as lattice strutre and internal cavity, which are difficult to manufacture in the existing process. The integrated design of the assembly suggests that the durability of the machine parts can be improved and the fastening parts can be reduced in the assembly process, thereby reducing the weight and reducing the raw time by simplifying the manufacturing process.
