- Abstract
- 폐내 이물질은 임상에서 드물게 접하는 질환이다. 환자의 폐내 이물질이 다른 중요한 장기로 이동할 수 있고, 폐농양이나 농흉을 일으킬 수 있으므로 아무런 증상이 없을지라도 수술적인 제거를 해주어야 한다. 우리는 폐내 이물질의 성공적인 제거를 2예 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
