- Abstract
- 스트레스에 놓여 있는 닭에서는 생산성의 감소뿐만 아니라 면역 기능의 감소가 관찰된다. 이들은 보다 좋은 환경하에서 사육된 닭에 비해 질병에 걸리기 쉽고, 따라서 치료 혹은 예방을 위해 더 빈번히 약제에 의존해야 할지도 모른다. 본고에서는 먼저 닭에서 흔히 이용되는 스트레스 표식을 알아보고, 스트레스와 면역 기능과의 관계, 마지막으로 생산성과 면역 기능에 대한 스트레스의 영향에 관한 최근의 문헌을 조사했다.
