- Abstract
- 봉합육아종은 비흡수사를 이용한 수술 후 생길 수 있는 합병증이다. 주로 위나 장 수술 후 연결 부위에 점막하종양의 형태로 나타나고 대부분 증상을 유발하지 않는다. 봉합육아종은 내시경이나 방사선학적 검사에서 악성종양과의 감별진단이 필요한 병변으로 임상적 의미를 가지지만, 약 30년 전부터 흡수사를 사용함으로 인해 위에서 발생한 봉합육아종은 거의 보고되지 않고 있다. 저자들은 30년 전 위천공으로 수술한 적이 있는 70세 남자 환자에서 상부위장관 내시경 검사 및 내시경초음파 검사에서 악성 점막하종양을 의심하여 시행한 수술에서 봉합육아종으로 진단된 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
