| dc.description.abstract | In order to know the health practical acts and nutritive conditions of the old subject in islands, the results of dietary intake of Ochong island follows: The average age of old subject is 71.9 and that of old subject living alone is 26.8 % in among total old subject. The ratio of the subject who thinks unhealthy in self-evaluating the condition of his health is 42.9%. Height and weight of male/female old people is 165.6±6.2cm(152.2±6.6cm) and 61.0±10.9kg(58.3±10.1kg), and high blood pressure of male/female old people is 139.2±24.6mmHgㆍ143.6±12.0mmHg, low blood pressure is 75.6±9.1mmHg and 82.0±12.4mmHg. Energy and protein intake of the subject is 1383.5±506.8kcal and 64.8±29.6g in male old people and that of the subject is 1182.9±406.5kcal and 50.2±25.4g in female old people. Calcium and iron intake is 413.2±287.7mg and 12.3±5.8mg in male old people, that of the subject is 404.4±216.6mgㆍ9.9±4.7mg in female old people. Whereas the ratio of the subject who is deficient in absorbing nutrition shows 21.4%, the ratio of the subject who is sufficient in absorbing nutrition shows 7.1%. Nutrition of less than 0.75 in NAR value is energy, Ca, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C. MAR[10] shows 0.68±0.2 in male old people and 0.69±0.2 in female old people. Nutrition of more than 1.0 in INQ value is protein, P, Fe, vitamin B1, niacin. | - |
