Second, it is necessary to establish flexible planning guidelines for accommodating the demand of residents and local aspects. Third, mixed land use and cluster development should be applied to new development by revising current planning guidelines. Fourth, it is necessary to provide open space more clearly and distinguish open space by recreational open space and natural open space.
