- Abstract
- 분화 호접란의 이산화탄소 시비 농도와 공급시간을 구명하고자, Phalaenopsis ‘Brother Spring Dance’, ‘Brother Girl’ 및 ‘Queen Bear’ 품종을 2개월, 7 개월 그리고 12개월 생장된 묘에 이산화탄소 농도 1,000 및 2,000 μmol·mol−1을 06:00~12:00시, 00:00~06:00시와 18:00~24:00시에 99일간 처리하였다. 호접란 모든 처리 품종은 이산화탄소 농도 1,000 μmol·mol−1 보다 2,000 μmol·mol−1 에서 엽수, 엽장, 엽폭, 뿌리길이 및 생체중 등의 생육이 촉진되었고, CO2 공급시간은 00:00~06:00시가 가장 효과적이었다.
