- Abstract
- Recently, e-Learning field has become one of the most promising markets, and also the competition among the e-Learning supplies is getting more and more intense. In order to support the operation of e-Learning system more effectively, this study empirically analyses the factors influencing on the flow of e-Learners and the performance of e-Learning system. The structural model consist of learner’s self-efficacy, attitude, responsiveness, learning guide, flows in e-Learning that mediate between former factors, and e-Learning performance. To test the research model, a questionnaire survey was conducted to the university students who have ever been experienced in the e-Learning education. The main implication of this research is that the flows in e-Learning mediate between antecedent factors and e-Learning performance.
