- Abstract
- Recently, concerns on the feasibility study, maintenance process, and the asset management of the public facility are increasing rapidly. In some foreign countries, such as New Zealand, Australia and United States, they recognize the public infrastructure as an Asset, and have been developing the Asset Management System in order to assess the value of the asset and manage them systematically. In this paper, we studied the cases for the Asset Management System and the Facility Management System for campus facilities in Korea and tried to define the scope and definition of Asset Management. Also, the system dynamics model is defined for the Asset Management and the weights of sub elements are analyzed.
