Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest duration estimation methods using "Monte Carlo Simulation" and develop duration estimation module. During construction period, a lot of uncertain factors are existed and they usually delayed construction duration. Because of that reason, these days construction management has been more important than before to control uncertain factors in construction projects. So in this study duration estimation method is proposed which improved previous method and developed duration estimation module. Duration estimation module developed with current scheduling program MS Project as an Add-on function. This module valuated with two cases, their result is enough to prove confidence of this study. However, this module has just developed Reinforced Concrete Structure and has to do more development and research.
