- Abstract
- 건설 프로젝트가 대형 복잡화가 되어짐에 따라 프로젝트의 공정관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 프로젝트 공정관리 기술은한국에서 널리 사용되고 있지 않지만 점차적으로 증가하고 있는 추세다. 요즘 대부분의 연구 프로젝트들도 공정쪽에 초점을 두고 있다. 프로젝트 진척관리 또한 프로젝트 공정관리의 하나로써 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 진척관리의 상태를분석하기로 하며 진척관리의 현재 상태에 대해 전문가와 현장사람들에 대한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 질적, 양적으로프로젝트 진척분석을 위한 방법으로 BIM 기반의 진척관리를 제안하고 있다. 현재 BIM은 설계, 시공, 유지관리단계등에서 사용되고 있으며 또한 BIM을 이용한 진척관리는 프로젝트에 대해 이해하고 정확성을 키우는데 이바지 할것이라고 생각된다.
