- Abstract
- 자궁목 육종양 편평세포암은 조직학적으로 편평세포암과 육종양 기질 성분이 혼합된 종양이다. 이 종양은 매우 드물며 일반적으로 병의 진행이 빠르고 전이 및 재발이 많아 예후가 나쁘다고 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 임상 병기 Ib2로 진단되어 수술 및 보조 방사선 치료를 시행하였으나 약 4개월 만에 재발한 자궁목 육종양 편평세포암 환자 1예를 경험하였기에 임상 및 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하였다.
