- Abstract
- 요즘 환경적인 요인의 변화로 인하여 예기치 못한 사고가 발생하기 쉬운 산업현장에서는 대상에 따라 정확한 온도측정을 위하여 온도센서를 요구하고 있다. 온도센서 중 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector)센서는 안정도가 높으며 감도가 좋아 고정밀 온도 계측이 가능하다. 그러나 외부 환경의 영향으로 인한 온도 편차가 발생할 수 있어 자동제어시스템에서 요구하는 고정밀 제어가 어려운 부분이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주변 환경에 영향을 적게 받는 광섬유 센서를 이용하여 정확한 온도변화를 감시하도록 하는 온도 감시 시스템을 제안하고 RTD 온도센서를 이용한 시스템에서 수집된 온도 정보를 분석하여 평가한다. 실험결과 광섬유 센서를 이용한 시스템에서 더 정밀한 온도 변화를 측정 할 수 있었다.
