- Abstract
- 흉복부대동맥류 질환에서 고전적인 수술은 고위험군 환자에서 아직까지 높은 합병증 발생과 사망률을 나타낸다. 최근에는 스텐트 그라프트를 이용한 혈관내 시술(endovascular repair)이 시행되고 있으나 내장동맥의 보존이 시술의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 저자들은 2명의 고위험군 흉복부대동맥류 환자에서 내장동맥 우회술과 흉복부대동맥에 스텐트 그라프트를 삽입하는 하이브리드 술식을 이용하여 성공적으로 치료하였다.
