- Abstract
- 본 연구는 중국 물류기업이 e-SCM을 채택하는데 있어서 e-SCM 관련 자원이 채택에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 동시에 e-SCM의 채택이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. e-SCM 관련 자원으로는 인적·사업·정보기술 자원을 제시하였고 e-SCM의 채택은 폭·깊이·규모를 제시하였으며 e-SCM의 성과는 운영효율성·수익성·고객관계를 제시하였다. 제시된 연구모형을 분석하기 위하여 중국 현지의 물류기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 99부의 설문지를 회수하였다. 회수된 설문지는 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증을 통해서 추출된 자료를 이용하여 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, e-SCM 관련 자원 중에서 정보기술 자원만이 부분적으로 e-SCM의 채택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, e-SCM의 채택은 e-SCM 규모를 제외하고 모든 성과 변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
