- Abstract
- 본 연구는 차조기 유전자원의 유전적 특성 분석을 위해 차조기 유전자원의 유전적 변이를 DNA 수준에서 비교하고, 이들의 유전적 근연성 및 변이정도를 규명하여 유전 및 육종의 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행한 연구의 결과로서, RAPD를 이용하여 국내에서 수집한 차조기 유전자원의 DNA polymorphism을 관찰한 결과 80개의 primer 중에서 22개의 변별력 있는 primer가 선발되었고 이들 22개의 primer는 총 224개의 band가 나타났으며, 이중에서 polymorphic band는 127개 이었다. UPGMA에 의한 유사도 계수는 0.72～0.94 이었고, 유사도계수 matrix를 이용한 유연관계의 분석 결과 차조기 유전자원 22계통은 하나의 큰 그룹과 하나의 작은 그룹을 형성하였다. 그리고 NTSYS에 의한 유연관계 분석의 결과와 생육특성인 개화기, 성숙기, 경장, 분지수, 마디수와 화방군장 및 삭수와의 밀접한 관련성은 확인하지 못하였다.
