- Abstract
- 유⋅무선 통신의 발전으로 이를 이용한 전자상거래가 활성화되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 형태의 상거래에서는 공급자의 기계적인 반응보다는 사용자 친화적인 서비스의 제공이 전자상거래에서 중요 요소 중 하나라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 유선 통신을 이용한 상거래시에 사용자의 발신자 정보를 축적하고, 이를 순위화하고 평가하여 공급자가 실시간으로 활용할 수 있도록 지원해주는 사용자 선호도 추천 시스템(Friendly User as Information Monitoring System : FUIS)을 개발한 내용에 대해 기술한다.
