- Abstract
- Recently, the need for interdisciplinary research and education is emphasized in many academic areas. This tendency is related to increasing demand for human resources who have knowledge and skills in diverse academic areas, the necessity of converged knowledge in understanding and analyzing complex natural and social phenomenon, and the necessity to compliment weak points of previous disciplinary research and education system. Therefore, the need and strategies for interdisciplinary education in the area of business administration need to be reviewed at present. For this purpose, several cases of interdisciplinary education are reviewed and useful strategies for the area of business administration are explored through a Delphi study.
