- Abstract
- ZnO와 CuO를 첨가한 비납계 0.98(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.02Li(Sb_0.17Ta_0.83)O₃ (0.98NKN-0.02LST-x) 세라믹스가 일반 소성법으로 제조 되었다. 유전, 압전, 강유전 특성에 첨가물이 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 시편의 x-ray 회절을 통해 시편이 사방정계 구조를 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. 첨가물이 첨가된 시편은 향상된 전기적 특성(d_(33)= 153 pC/N) 을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 0.98 NKN-0.02LST 세라믹스가 압전 액츄에이터, 진동자 등등에 응용될 수 있는 유망한 후보라는 것을 나타낸다.
