- Abstract
- 본 연구를 통해 과거의 성인 ADHD 증상은 스트레스와 자살 사고에 밀접한 관련이 있으며 그 위험 요인임을 확인 하였다. 그러므로 군인들의 ADHD 증상을 검사하고, 스트레스 정도를 평가함으로써 최근 사회적 문제로 관심의 초점을 받고 있는 군인 적응 문제에 대한 평가 와 이해에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 성인 ADHD의 정확한 진단을 위해 구조화된 면담 및 객관적인 평가 보고 등을 보완하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 성인 전체를 대표할 수 있는 평가집단을 대상으로 하여 성인 ADHD와 스트레스의 관련성에 대한 전향적 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
