- Abstract
- 연구목적: 이 연구는 탈북 청소년 대안학교장은 어떠한 생애사적 경험을 통해 학교장이 되었으며 그 과정은 어떠한지에 대해 심층적으로 조명하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구참여자의 이야기를 연구자가 재구성하여 개인의 경험이 갖는 사회적 의미를 이해하는 생애사적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ① 유년기 경험 ② 교사로서의 사명감과 확장적 문화 경험 ③ 실험적 교육의 장으로 승화, 세 가지의 생애사적 의미를 도출하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 유년기부터 성인에 이르는 경험의 총체로서 실천적 학교장의 역할 과정을 고찰하였다는데 의의가 있으며 공교육과의 접점에 있어서 대안 교육을 양지로 끌어내기 위한 노력, 대안 교육적 가치를 수용하는 융통성, 통일교육에 대한 다문화적인 관점에서의 접근을 제시하였다.
