- Abstract
- 본 연구는 국내 상장기업의 국제 다각화 전략에 영향을 미치는 변수가 무엇인지를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국제 다각화 전략에 영향을 미치는 변수로 본 연구에서는 조직 특성 변수를 제시하였다. 이들 변수는 각각 TMT의 특성, 제품 다각화 전략, 무형 자산이다. 이들 변수들이 국내 상장기업의 국제 다각화 전략에 영향을 미친다고 연구모형을 제시하였으며 이들의 분석을 위해서 KOTRA에서 발간한 ‘해외진출 한국기업 디렉토리’, 전자공시시스템(dart.fss.or.kr)의 자료, 한국신용정보에서 제공하는 KISVALUE를 이용하였고 TMT에 관한 자료는 JOINS 인물정보를 이용하여 자료를 추출하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료들의 분석은 회귀분석을 이용하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제 다각화 전략에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수는 통제 변수로 제시한 기업 규모(종업원 수)였다. 둘째, 국제 다각화 전략에 영향을 미치는 조직 변수는 무형 자산 중에서 R&D 집약도가 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
