ISO 14001 채택 제조기업의 녹색공급망, 성과와 경쟁우위에 관한 연구

Abstract

The object of this study explores the relationship of green supply chain initiatives, performance and firm's competitive advantage. To accomplish this object, we studied the literatures about green supply chain and trends of environmental management. Based on literature review, we suggested the research hypotheses that green supply chain initiatives(internal environmental management, green purchasing, collaboration of customer) is positively related in performance(environmental performance, economic performance) and the firm with higher performance is associated with higher competitive advantage. To analyse this hypotheses, the survey instrument was developed on the literature and experts opinion. We collected data from manufacturing firms are certificated ISO 14001 in Korea. The result is as follows; First, internal environmental management and collaboration of customer have positive effects on environmental and economic performance. Lastly, environmental performance positively affects firm's competitive advantage.
