기업가지향성 및 창업 네트워크가 비영리조직의 성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The main object of this study is effect on the entrepreneurial orientation and network activity on the non-profit organizational performance by the non-profit organization and sector in the Western Gyeongnam and Busan Regions. For this analysis, by reviewing previous studies and setting research model and hypotheses, whereas collected data by distributing 142questionnaires. This research carried out data analysis using SPSS 17.0 and performed multiple regression analysis. As a result, the risk-taking and networking intensity was shown to significantly the economic performance, the innovativeness and networking quality were not meaningful statistically. And, the innovativeness and networking quality was shown to have a significant the social performance, while the risk-taking and networking intensity was shown to have a meaningful statistically. This research holds quite a value by showing not only a direction in the current emphasis on the entrepreneurial orientation, but also defining the network activity on the organizational performance. It proposes the non-profit organization and sector, lack of sufficient resources, to put a priority in keeping a close types of the network activity, to go with the organizational reinforcement focusing on the entrepreneurial orientation, eventually to differentiate their internal organization from others when basing in the local area. Also, this study will be able to become data that is suitable system introduction in various field of Non-profit organization and sector.
