| dc.description.abstract | Catching chloride: A tetrazole-based ligand without long alkyl chains is used to form a coordination polymer gel with CoBr2 (1). Gel 1 has a spherical structure with a 20-30 nm diameter. More interestingly, gel 1 selectively recognizes toxic gases, such as HCl, SOCl2, (COCl)(2), and COCl2 that contain chloride atoms. | - |
