- Abstract
- 동해에서 어류의 종조성 및 계절변동을 살펴보기 위하여 동해를 북부 (고성 아야진), 중부(울진 후포)로 지역을 구분하였으며, 동일시기에 지역별 삼중자망에 의해 채집된 어류 군집을 비교 분석하였다. 동해 북부에서 20종, 동해 중부에서 17종이 채집되어 북부에서 더 많은 종이 채집되었으나 지역간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 지역간 우점종에서 차이를 보였는데, 북부에서는 기름가자미와 분홍꼼치, 중부에서는 고무꺽정이와 기름가자미가 가장 우점하였다. 이러한 우점종의 차이로 인해 집괴분석 (clusteranalysis)과 다차원척도법 (MDS) 결과 북부와 중부 어류 군집이 각각의 그룹으로 구분되었으며, SIMPER 분석 결과 북부에서는 기름가자미와 대구, 중부에서는 고무꺽정이와 기름가자미의 기여도가 가장 높았다.
