- Abstract
- 제일원리 계산방법을 이용하여 스핀-궤도 결합이 BaAlGe과 SrAlGe의전자구조에 미치는 효과를 연구하였다. BaAlGe의 경우 에너지 띠와상태밀도가 눈에 띄게 변하지만 SrAlGe에서는 스핀-궤도 결합의 영향이작다. 두 물질에서 페르미 에너지를 가진 전자들은 스핀-궤도 상호작용에의해 거의 영향을 받지 않아서 스핀-궤도 상호작용이 이 물질들의 초전도성질에 미치는 효과는 작을 것이 기대된다.
