| dc.description.abstract | 최근 10년 간 광양항의 품목별 물동량 증가 추이를 살펴보면, 석유화학 품목은 26% 성장, 철강은 12% 성장하였지만 컨테이너화물은 4% 성장에 머물러 있다. 이에 다기능 종합항만이자 산업항으로서 광양항의 강점과 컨테이너화물 처리실적 정체라는 광양항의 약점을 고려해 여수광양항만공사는 광양항의 새로운 성장 비전을 산업중핵항만(Industrial Core Port)으로 설정하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 산업중핵항만으로 광양항이 발전하기 위한 과제들을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 산업중핵항만으로 발전하기 위한 선결과제는 항만물동량 일변도의 항만성과지표의 수정 내지 변화에 대한 공감대 형성을 제시하였다. 산업중핵항만으로서 발전하기 위한 광양항의 과제는 다음 세 가지를 제시하였다. 광양항 산업중핵항만 성과지표를 도출해 이를 관리하고 모니터링하는 것이 무엇보다 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 다음으로 항만의 산업지원 만족도 조사가 필요하다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 광양항 항세권(hinterland) 부가가치 측정이 필요하다. | - |
