- Abstract
- 프레스는 짧은 시간에 대량의 부품을 생산할 수 있다는 이점과 가공의 용이성을 이용하여 인건비 절약을 이유로 많은 산업현장에 적용되어 사용되고 있다. 그 중에서 자동차 산업분야에서는 차량의 경량화와 차체프레임의 강성을 확보하기 위하여 Hot stamping 기법을 적용한 프레스를 이용하는 경우가 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 800Ton급 Hot Stamping Press에서 발생된 비정상적인 진동과 제품의 단차문제를 해결하기 위하여 연구를 진행하였다.
