- Abstract
- In this study, factors affecting university students' intention for new business start-ups were explored focusing on external affecting factors. Data for this study were collected by the survey on university students who are strongly interested in new business start up, and analyzed by structural equation modeling. From the result, factors of social atmosphere admiring successful entrepreneurs, university culture supporting new business start-ups, and perception of the value of new business startups significantly affected students' exploring activities for new business start-up, and in turn these independent and mediating factors affected students' intention for new business startups. The design of education program and supporting activities promote students' start-ups in universities need to reflect the results of this study.
