Abstract
As increasing usage of social media in international trade transaction, we have to understand the characteristics of social media correctly and prepare the management strategies to fit our own situations. So, we analyze the social medea cases to which trade firms related, and propose the trade firms' social media management strategies to improve competitiveness in their business. The results of this study are as follows :First, we take into consideration the characteristics of products and target customers before actually using the social media in their business. Second, because the key success factor is link between social media channel, we have to get the integrated management strategies between them. Third, preparing for the occurrence of social media risks, we have to get the integrated social media risk management systems. And, strengthening the competence of trade firms, we should design the social media expert training programs for the trade firms.
