- Abstract
- Increasing the use of social media in business, we have to realize the importance of thesocial media risk management for successful business. So, We analyze the social media riskswith which companies can be confronted, and propose the risk management strategies forthem. If they fail to control social media risks, they will be faced with difficult situationswhich not be able to perform their business.
Therefore, We should try to manage the risks for their stable business. And it isnecessary that we build the enterprise risk management system for effective risksmanagement in social media era.
