- Abstract
- Plant diseases caused major production and economic losses in agriculture and forestry, and monitoring of health and detection of diseases in plants and trees is critical for sustainable agriculture. The gray mold disease is distributed to the world widely, is parasitic in more than 240 kinds of plants and causes the disease in a various forms during the whole vegetative course of plants as the polyxenic virus, causes damage not only to the all vegetative course of crops but to the fruits and vegetables in storage, transit and sales. The spectroscopic and imaging techniques are unique disease monitoring methods that have been used to detect diseases in plants. Spectral analysis is simple and non-destructive method. Botrytis cinerea growth situation in the artificial light environment were investigated for the spectral basic analysis data. It can be apply to detection of B. cinerea infection and symptom degree using original graph, derivative function graph and absorbance data. This study, inoculated paprika gray mold symptom was observed, the symptoms of the degree of progress was analyzed by spectroscopy and obtained the original data was analyzed mathematical method.
