- Abstract
- "The object of this study is to investigate the relationship between acceptance factors, attitude, and intention to use of Korean smartphone users. To accomplish this objective, this study suggested a research model based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, relationship, and playfulness have a positive effect on attitude, and attitude has a positive influence with intention to use. Lastly, perceived ease of use has a positive relationship with perceived usefulness, and the intention to use of smartphone users has a positive relationship with perceived usefulness. ? 2014 International Information Institute.
