| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 남녀 간호대학생의 공통적인 요인으로 전공만족도, 대인관계능력, 학년임이 확인되었으므로 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 지속적 노력 뿐 아니라 남녀 간호대학생의 대인관계 능력을 높이기 위한 프로그램의 개발과 적용에 대해 적극적인 관심이 필요하다. 특히 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악된 변수들이 성 별간에도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으므로 남자 간호대학생의 경우 입학시부터 학과 진학동기에 대한 이해를 필요로 한다. 이를 바탕으로 직업외형적 및 심리적 성고정관념의 정도를 확인하고, 전공만족도 및 대인관계능력에 대한 관심과 이것을 향상시키기 위한 교과과정, 비교과과정에 대한 구제적인 지지 체계가 제공되어야 할 것이다. | - |
