한국수출기업의 기업가 지향성에 관한 연구: 흡수역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

Abstract

The objective of this study is to demonstrate the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation,absorptive capacities, and new product development. To achieve this objective, this study reviewsthe literatures about entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacities, and new productdevelopment. This study suggests that entrepreneurial orientation is positively related toabsorptive capacities and absorptive capacities have a positive relationship with new productdevelopment. To validate this hypothesis, the survey questionnaire was developed by reviews ofexisting literatures and experts opinions. The data used in this study was collected from Koreaexporting firms and the main method is PLS(Partial Least Square). The results are as follow. First, we empirically found that proactiveness and innovativeness have an effect on absorptivecapacities. Also absorptive capacities are positively related to new product development. Second,Absorptive capacities partially mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation andnew product development.
