- Abstract
- 본 연구는 우리나라 해운기업의 자원 및 역량이 기업의 전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 고찰하고, 자원에 의해 수립된 경영전략이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가를 분석하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 203개의 해운기업을 대상으로 분석 모형을 설정하였다. 또한 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 PLS(Partial Least Squre)를 사용하였다. 본 연구에 따르면 기업이 보유하고 있는 많은 자원과 역량 중에서 해운기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인은 고객맞춤 서비스제공역량, 서비스의 신뢰성 관련 역량, 인적자원으로 분석되었다.
