- Abstract
- 만성신부전으로 인한 투석환자의 삶의 질 측정도구는 SF-36이 널리 사용되고 있지만 36문항은 설문에 어려운 점이 많아 이를 축소한 RFQoL-K를 개발하고자 하였다. 대상자는 2009년부터 45개월동안 국내 29개 의료기관에서 만성신부전으로 투석을 시작한 신규등록환자이며 삶의 질 측정은 등록후 3개월째와 12개월째에 응답한 355명을 대상으로 RFQoL-K를 개발하고 내적타당도를 조사하였으며, 기간 중 한 차례만 응답한 411명을 대상으로 외적타당도를 알아보았다. RFQoL-K는 원도구36문항 중 신체적요소에서 8개 문항, 정신적요소에서 6개 문항의 14문항으로 축소 하였으며 원 도구를 90∼93%설명할 수 있었으며 상관관계도 0.96∼0.98로 높았고 내적일치성계수도 0.96∼0.98로 매우 높아 RFQoL-K가 원 도구를 잘 반영하였다.
