- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 한국 초등학교 교사의 소진을 측정할 수 있는 신뢰롭고 타당하면서 간편한 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 교사소진 관련 문헌연구와 교사들의 경험적 접근을 통해 72문항을 제작, 국내 초등학교에 재직중인 149명의 교사를 대상으로 예비연구를 실시하여 관계불만족, 신체적 증상, 미래에 대한 불안의 3가지 하위요인에 해당하는 34개 문항을 추출하였다. 이후 초등교사 202명에 대한 반응결과를 토대로 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고 초등학교 교사 소진척도는 3개 요인, 총 12문항으로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 한국 초등학교 교사 소진척도의 타당도를 확인한 결과, 수렴 및 증분 타당도가 양호한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 척도의 의의와 한계점에 대해 논의하였다.
