- Abstract
- This study aims to investigate the relationship between outcome control and project performance and also examine the factors affecting the outcome control exercised in the offshore information system development projects. To achieve these objectives, field survey was conducted, and 144 survey questionnaires were used for analysis. Research results show that there is positive relationship between outcome control and project performance, and some factors affecting the outcome control such as role clarity, goal alignment and benefit and risk share are verified. Research implications are discussed. ? 2016 SERSC.
